Coaching, is a very popular support mechanism for both individuals and organisations. I offer various forms
of coaching, from one to one life coaching, behavioural, self esteem, career and development coaching to organisational group and one to one
coaching. I do this through variety of platforms, such as online live chat, to face to face traditional coaching.
Some of the issues I can help with are anxiety, anger management, body confidence, motivation, behavioural issues, managing stress, conflict and overcoming bullying and trauma. I also work on mindset and positivity.
